De impact wordt beoordeeld aan de hand van de internationale referentie levenscyclus data, een methode die wordt beschreven in de product ecologische voetafdruk (PEF) -gids, die dient als een geharmoniseerde Europese milieu-impactmethode.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sociaal-economische impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gegevens over lokale werkgelegenheidskansen en levenscycluskosten zullen worden gegenereerd en met de meer traditionele grootschalige verwerkingstechnologie\u00ebn worden vergeleken.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gezondheidseffect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De voedingswaarde van FOX-bewerkte voedingsmiddelen wordt bepaald door de Nutriscore te evalueren en de product samenstelling te vergelijken met soortgelijke voedingsmiddelen, geproduceerd met andere technologie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projectpartners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De projectpartners betrokken in het onderzoek naar de duurzaamheid en de gezondheidseffecten van de FOX-benadering zijn KU LEUVEN, DIL, WR, AU, WULS-SGGW en NUTRIS.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":2910,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2904","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 -
