On Tuesday the 4th and Wednesday the 5th of October, FOX partners met up in Aulendorf and Ravensburg in the Bodensee region in Germany.<\/h2>\n

The two-day meeting gave an outlook on the final year of the project through updates from the different work packages and the next steps in the project.<\/p>\n

On the first day, the meeting was hosted in the city hall of Aulendorf by FOX partner FALKENSTEIN<\/a><\/span>, followed by a celebratory drink at their offices.<\/p>\n

Fruitful discussions showed what project partners will realise next, and which scientific research is in the pipeline. Together partners made an event calendar mapping the engagements until November 2023.<\/p>\n

On the second day, we all headed to see to FOX container in real life at the KOB<\/a><\/span> Research Centre in Ravensburg-Bavendorf. We tasted the fresh apple juice while observing the juice processing and touring the fields. Afterwards, partners brainstormed on business plans, consumer events and the final conference.<\/p>\n

With renewed thoughts and energy all are ready to make the FOX final year one of great inspiration and innovation.<\/p>\n
