The projects are \u2018Research and Innovation Activities\u2019 and started in parallel in 2019 and will run until 2023.<\/p>\n<p>During the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.effostconference.com\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">35th International EFFoST Conference 2021<\/a><\/span>, a session hosted by the two projects gave insights and presented the latest results of the two European projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FOX (Innovative down-scaled food processing in a box)<\/li>\n<li>SHEALTHY (Non-Thermal physical technologies to preserve fresh and minimally processed fruit and vegetables).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next to innovative technical solutions, FOX and SHEALTHY have a specific look at new business opportunities for farmers and small-medium sized enterprises, consumer engagement and sustainability aspects.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\"
