On October 13-16, 2020, FOX partners DIL, NUTRIS, Fraunhofer ISI, and KU Leuven, presented several studies within the project at the 12th International Conference on Life Cycle Assessment of Food, virtual from Berlin, Germany.

The different poster sessions covered the following themes:

  1. Life Cycle Analysis of the FOX mobile apple juice system
  2. Health impact assessment of the FOX innovative food products
  3. Combination of qualitative future scenarios and LCA in the food and agricultural sector
  4. Socio-economic and environmental performance of small-scale and mild fruit and vegetable processing technologies
