In this video, Artur Wiktor presents the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) contribution to the FOX project. SGGW is involved in Food Circle 2: Low-temperature drying. The lab carries out research to find the optimal low-temperature drying method for fruit and vegetables.
