FOX partner Artur Wiktor (Warsaw University of Life Sciences -SGGW) presented the project at the 4th International Caparica Conference on Ultrasonic-based Applications in Portugal on 20-23 July 2020.

Ultrasounds (US) will be used in Food Circle 2, as a non-thermal pre-treatment method before the drying process. Thus scientists from the Institute of Food Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences investigated the impact of Ultrasounds on the structure of foods.
