Launch of the FOXLINK App!
On 15 March, taking advantage of the celebration of World Consumer Rights Day, the FOXLINK app, developed within the framework of the European FOX project, was officially launched simultaneously in 6 countries.
For this occasion, a face-to-face event was organised at AINIA, which was attended by consumers and students of the Higher Degree of Dietetics of the IES Federica Montseny of Burjasot. We would like to thank all of them for their attendance and encourage them to talk about their experience in the comments.
Enric Navarro, head of Terra i Xufa, and collaborator in the FOX project, also participated in this event. He spoke to us about proximity crops and his experience in this world.
Leonor Pascual (AINIA) presented the FOXLINK app, some of the contents that will be published, and encouraged attendees to register and share information.
