FOX partner and head of advanced technologies at DIL, the German Institute of Food Technologies, Kemal Aganovic, discussed the Present and Future of novel processing technologies at the PROTECT & TRANSIT Innovative Training Networks Symposium on Food Sustainability & Safety in a Changing Climate, in Dublin on November 10th, 2022.
The other guest speaker was Moez Sanaa, senior epidemiologist at the World Health Organisation (WHO).
In parallel with the FOX project, TRANSIT also focuses on the experimentation and implementation of new sustainable technologies (i.e., US, NTP, HHP and PEF) to improve our global food safety.
