The FOX- Food processing in a bOX project was featured in the 14th International FRUTIC Symposium.
FRUTIC has become an essential source of knowledge for developing and applying technology in the wine, fruit and fruit production sectors. Their annual event aims to bring together scientists, academics and all actors in the fresh produce industry to disseminate, share practical experiences and develop roadmaps to achieve common goals. The focus of the latest Symposiums has been on digitalisation and sustainability of production methods and keeping the focus on the environment and the health of the consumers.
This year’s FRUTIC meeting took place in Valencia where FOX partners AINIA are also located. AINIA presented an abstract of the main results from the FOX project.
