Producing the first apple juice using the FOX container.
Within the Food Cycle 1 of the FOX project, yesterday 24th March 2022, DIL presented the first FOX container. The container unit is easy to move yet fully equipped, it can be used on-site by farmers and cooperatives, helping to create short supply chains and high-quality products with added value. In this case, the container included the spiral filter press and PEF technology which allowed to produce the first FOX apple juice.
This has been possible thanks the possibility that FOX offered to create a partnership between DIL, ELEA and KOB.
