Stichting Food Tech Park Brainport (FOODTECH)

The Stichting Food Tech Park Brainport (FTP) is an organisation that deals with the facilitation of SME’s at the valorisation of (technological) innovations. There is also a Food Tech Park Brainport. This is an international centre of expertise for technology, product and market innovation for the food processing industry. We offer an environment in which to share knowledge, expertise and provide access to networks. Objective of the FTP is to contribute to a strong food sector in the region by applying the latest technologies.

Role in fox:

• Regional evaluation of the developed processing concepts in the field lab for vegetable side streams
• Setting-up of European Interest Group of Small Scalle Food Producers, demonstrations of Fox technologies
• Supporting the overall dissemination and communication activities
