The MAPP Centre at the Department of Management is a world-leader in the analysis of consumer behaviour with regard to food and in making consumer insights useful in new product development in the food sector. It has worked extensively with consumer acceptance of new food processing technologies and other aspects of sustainability from a market-driven perspective and has comprehensive experience with managing and participating in EU FP projects.

Role in FOX:

  • Leading “Consumer engagement”
  • Carrying out base- and endline studies on consumer engagement
  • Overseeing activities including the development of the interactive communication channel FOXLINK
  • Supporting the overall dissemination and communication activities
