OCHSEN is a family business in the field of organic farming, on 50 ha diverse land types, mainly extensive landscaping orchards, vineyards, permanent grassland, forests and wetlands. The main production includes tree fruits from cherries to apples, fresh and processed, side production of wine, free range eggs and goat milk.

Role in FOX:

• Supporting the field testing of the prototype units
• Supporting the framework/food circle scenario analyses and the business model development
• Supporting the demonstration of FOX technologies
• Supporting the overall dissemination and communication activities
